Welcome to the Central West LHIN

The Central West LHIN plans, funds and integrates local health care services in Brampton, Caledon, Dufferin County, Malton, Rexdale and Woodbridge. 

We work together with hospitals, community-based services, long-term care facilities, physicians, family health teams, and community health centres, to improve access to health care services for residents in our communities.
