Shelburne Community Health Task Force
The purpose of the Central West Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) Shelburne Community Health Task Force is to provide advice to the Central West LHIN on the development of a plan to improve primary health care services in Shelburne. This group, comprised of community members and leaders, health service providers and LHIN representatives, will meet between the months of January - June 2010 to develop a report on their recommendations for the Board of Directors of the Central West LHIN.
