Bolton and Area Community Health Work Group
The purpose of the Central West Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) Bolton and Area Community Health Work Group is to provide advice to the Central West LHIN on the development of a plan to improve primary health care services in Bolton and the surrounding area. This group, comprised of community members and leaders, health service providers and LHIN representatives, will meet between the months of January - June 2010 to develop a report on their recommendations for the Board of Directors of the Central West LHIN.
