Governance

The Central West LHIN is governed by a highly skilled and dedicated Board of Directors that provides strong leadership to LHIN activities. Members lend a wealth of expertise to boardroom table discussions, offering diverse backgrounds in areas like health care, public administration, management, accounting, finance, law, human resources, labour relations, communications and information management. 

Consisting of up to twelve members, appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council, Board members may hold office for a period of up to three years, and may be reappointed for one additional three-year term.
